What counts as a word? +
Every word in the model's output is counted against your monthly quota, including variants you reject. We track per-generation in the History panel so you can audit.
Do scans or uploads count against my quota? +
No. Crawling and file uploads are our infrastructure and are unlimited at every tier. You're only paying for the generation tokens.
Which models can I use? +
Pro and Team get OpenAI GPT-5, Claude Opus 4.7, and Gemini 2.5 Pro — pick per chat. Free uses GPT-5 Mini. Bring-your-own-key is on the Team roadmap.
Do you train on my content? +
No. We send your prompts and selected source markdown to the LLM for inference only. We don't fine-tune on customer data and our vendors' APIs don't train on it either.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. Cancel from the Stripe Portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
Is OllaSuper DPDP-compliant? +
Yes. Designed-in. Workspace isolation, per-tenant encryption, delete-means-gone, and a published DPA on the legal page.
