Sleeker redesign — dense bento, hairline borders, live hero chat
Full marketing-site visual overhaul. Tightened vertical rhythm (sections from 72px → 32px), shrunk body type from 16px → 13.5px, swapped the 4×5 expert grid for a single-bordered 5×4 bento, replaced the static hero logo with a live-feel chat preview, and made the /experts filter row sticky. Same 19 personas, same copy, same URLs — denser frame.

OllaSuper launches with 19 experts
Full rebrand from qwriter / ollawrite to OllaSuper — the office super-assistant. New constellation mark, multi-page marketing site, 19 specialist experts each with their own detail page, glyph, and 4 starter prompts. Marketing site at ollasuper.com is the front door; the dashboard at app.ollasuper.com keeps the qwriter feel during the transition.

Async chat with typing dots + memory
Chats now stream through a Turbo Stream channel. Typing dots appear within ~120ms of submit; the model's response appends incrementally without page reload. Pass-2 memory carries the last 6 messages of context across regenerations so voice stays consistent.

Quillbot-style prompt-first home
Dashboard home is now a single prompt composer with 56 starter prompts across 14 categories — pick the work, the right expert auto-loads. Indian-office English is the default tone; 12 other voices on a dropdown.

All URL grounding now flows through ollagraph.com — sub-second clean-markdown extraction, JSON-LD parsing, and OG-tag pulling for 200k pages a day. Replaces our stubbed scraper end-to-end.

Production VM cut over
Backend moved to a dedicated VM (Rust + Loco + axum, Postgres for persistence, Redis for jobs). Median p95 latency dropped from 480ms to 140ms.

Closed 27 security + performance findings from internal audit: prepared-statement rewrites for all DB calls, rate limits on auth endpoints, CSRF tokens on every mutating route, and a 4x speedup on the document-load path via cached snapshots.
