Both went to a US competitor that bundles AI with a tool they already use. We knew this risk; we lost on integrations, not product. Our integrations team is the next thing we're scaling. - Sales cycles for the Unlimited tier (₹40L+) stretched from 47 days to 71 days. We need either more enterprise-level case studies or a different motion. Hiring an enterprise AE next month. **Asks** - **Intros:** if anyone is on a board with a CRO at a 500–2000 person SaaS, we're hiring our first VP Sales and the right person there is a former CRO who's tired of running ops and wants to build a team.
